The Service Provider may discontinue support for older operating-system versions or discontinue the Application where permitted by applicable law.
If the Application is discontinued, you may continue to retain locally stored data or exported backups that you already possess, subject to your device and operating system.
You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it.
The Service Provider may restrict or discontinue the Application where reasonably necessary, including for security, legal, technical, or operational reasons.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that by their nature should survive termination.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws.
Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you under the laws of your jurisdiction.
